Wonderful and spacious apartment located on a second floor with no view interference. Each room has private bathroom en-suite, with hot and cold water.
Both rooms has a covered terrace, where you can enjoy the soft breeze of the Caribbean sea. The terrace is equipped with ceiling fans and furniture to offer you a better comfort.
Each room has TV set, air conditioned and fan.
We offer our guests a bar service , available 24hours a day.
Breakfast is not included in the price. We offer to our guest this service for 3 to 5 CUC and dinners from 6 to 10 CUC per person.

From my house you have a 10 min walk to Central Railway Station, where trains to every province depart and where you can even book bus tickets.
Only a few blocks away from Obispo Boulevard, where world famous Floridita Bar is located, the Museum of Anthropology, Havana Cathedral, Capitolio, Revolution Museum and all main historical and cultural places are nearby.
From our house, you are just three minutes away form Avenida del Puerto and Havana Bay, and also La Alameda de Paula, a colonial walk side recently reformed.
