It’s a beautiful colonial apartment. There are four airconditioning bedroom, the four of them are having a balcony. Those four rooms can be separated as 2 private apartments with 2 rooms each. One apartment has 1 bathroom in between both rooms. The other apartment has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There are hot/cold water and one of the apartments has kitchen. The house has many balconies around.
