DESCRIPTION
Colonial House, built on 1920 and still keeping the original floors, doors and windows. In the main floor, there’s a very nice courtyard with beautiful vegetation and chairs to sit and enjoy. In the top floor, there’s an apartment also available for renting. It has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. There’s a swimming pool in the terrace, only for the apartment guest use.
