DESCRIPTION
Colonial house, still preserves original floors, doors and windows, it has three Bedrooms, 2 of them double and one with two bes. All of them them provided with air conditioned, ceiling fans, Tv(LCD 32"), safe box and private bathroom each one private ensuite (Hot and Cold water 24 hours a day) There is also a living room and dinning room and, balcony with street view and a nice terrace with tables and chairs where you can rest or read a book after a long walking day. Nice and very clean, and located in the Central area of Vedado. The cleaning and the change of towels and sheets are including in the price.

The house is very central and is located close to the Cardiovascular, and Pediatric hospitals, Melia Cohiba and Riviera hotels, Plaza de La Revolucion(Che Guevara Building), the Malecón promenade avenue. There are bars and restaurants nearby, Cafe Cantante in the National Theater, Jazz Caffe, Havana Caffe. The Viazul Bus station is located just 5 minutes by taxi.
