DESCRIPTION
Nice building built in 1936 located facing the Caribbean Sea. From there you can have a nice view of the Morro Castle and the Malecón Habanero (Havana waterfront). The apartment is in the third floor)(No elevator ) and has balconies where you can enjoy a view of the sea. It has a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with just one bathroom with hot/cold water shower. This apartment is fully private and has 2 double rooms, one of them without air conditioned and a bit small and the other one with one double bed and air conditioned. There is also a Sofa bed in the living room in case 5 people are coming

LOCATED NEAR

It is located in the Malecon, 300 meters from National Hotel and the centric Rampa area. 200 meters from 23rd avenue and 30 to 40 minutes walking from Old Havana . The Havana university is located about 15 to 20 minutes on foot and also the famous Ice cream parlor ( Coppelia )
