DESCRIPTION
Private apartment with excellent comfort located in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Miramar. The house has three doubles air-conditioned rooms each one with bathroom, cold and hot water 24 hours, 110V and 220V. Besides, you will be able to enjoy the spacious living room, the dining room and a very well equipped kitchen, TV room and telephone (the guests have a private number). There is also a garage.
The house has also a very nice terrace with view to the sea, ideal to take sunbathes or to enjoy a good book under the shadow of the vineyard.
There, besides armchairs to take sunbathes, there is an ideal bar for meetings, to share with friends or to dance. In the terrace there is also a barbecue where you can prepare roasts. You can rent the apartment including one, two or three rooms.
There is also a fourth room for rent in the house of the owners (independent of the private apartment but in the floor below). This room has a double bed and private bathroom too.
