DESCRIPTION
This house is legally authorized for rent. it has 3 double bedrooms, swimming pool and an open dining area. The rooms have air conditioned, two of them share the same bathroom and the other room has private bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot and cold water the 24 hours. There are 110v and 220v. The house has living room, two kitchens fully equipped (microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc), - Very spacious courtyard with lawn and porch, open dining area, pool perfectly maintained, parking for three cars. The house keys are delivered. Prices include daily cleaning, change of sheets and towels every other day or whenever needed, soap, toilet paper. Gastronomic service are offered, extra charge according the menu. Also they offer taxi service.
